Common questions
How much do your services cost?
The Atlas Sourcing Sprint runs £750–£2,500; bulk first shipments €4,000–€35,000; private-label first engagements €9,000–€30,000. A fixed quotation is confirmed before commitment.
How is the Sprint different from Bulk and Private Label?
The Atlas Sourcing Sprint is an information service: we research and verify suppliers, then you order direct and we earn no commission. In Bulk Export and Private Label, Redstone is the supplier — we source, produce, certify, and ship to you under one invoice.
What are your typical lead times?
After production and QC, sea freight runs 7–14 days to the UK and EU, 18–28 days to the Gulf, and 25–35 days to North America; air freight is 3–5 days. Bulk production adds roughly 2–4 weeks; private-label builds run 10–20 weeks; a Sourcing Sprint is 10–21 business days.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs depend on the ingredient and packaging — from one litre of prickly pear seed oil to a 200-litre drum of argan, and from a 25-kilogram sack of ghassoul to private-label runs of 500 units per SKU. We confirm the workable minimum on the discovery call.
What payment terms do you offer?
50% deposit on engagement and 50% before goods leave Morocco, by bank transfer or card. We invoice in EUR, USD, or GBP, with credit terms for repeat customers from the third engagement onward.
Which certifications do you support?
ECOCERT, USDA Organic, COSMOS, Natrue, Halal, ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP, ONSSA, and the Argan IGP, plus EU CPNP, UK SCPN, GCC, and US FDA (MoCRA) notification documentation. We verify each certificate against the issuing registry before goods ship.
Which Incoterms do you ship on?
FCA and FOB Casablanca where you arrange freight; CIF/CIP where we carry it to your port or address; and DAP/DDP door-to-door. Most first-time buyers start with CIF for sea or DAP for express.
What languages do you work in?
English, French, and Arabic. Contracts and invoicing are in English, and our team works directly with French- and Arabic-speaking producers so you do not have to.
