Moroccan cosmetic ingredients and private label for the European Union
Moroccan natural ingredients and private-label production for EU cosmetic brands — with CPNP notification support and EUR1 certificates of preferential origin.
Typical buyer
Cosmetic brands, formulators, and distributors across France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, and Italy, buying certified Moroccan ingredients as raw input or finished private-label product.
Lead times
Sea freight runs 7–14 days to EU ports; air freight is 3–5 days. Bulk production and QC add roughly 2–4 weeks; private-label builds run 10–20 weeks.
Common Incoterms
CIF to an EU port or DAP door-to-door are most common. EUR1 preferential origin is supplied for EU shipments, which can reduce import duty.

Frequently asked
Common questions
Do you support EU CPNP notification?
We supply the documentation a CPNP notification needs — a signed Certificate of Analysis per batch and an INCI ingredient list. The notification itself and the EU Responsible Person remain with you or your consultant; we can introduce vetted regulatory partners where you need an RP.
Can you supply an EUR1 certificate of origin?
Yes. Morocco and the EU have a preferential trade agreement, so we issue a EUR1 certificate for EU shipments, which can reduce or remove import duty on qualifying goods.
Do I need a Responsible Person in the EU?
Yes — EU Regulation 1223/2009 requires a Responsible Person established in the EU for any finished cosmetic placed on the market. We are the manufacturer, not your RP, but we supply all the technical data your RP needs and can introduce vetted consultancies.
What lead times should I expect shipping to the EU?
Sea freight is 7–14 days to EU ports after production; air freight is 3–5 days. Add roughly 2–4 weeks for bulk, or 10–20 weeks for a private-label build.
Which Incoterms do you typically use to the EU?
CIF to an EU port for sea, or DAP door-to-door for express. FOB and FCA Casablanca are available for buyers with their own freight relationships.
