Mission
One accountable partner
Redstone Export is a Casablanca-based supplier of Moroccan cosmetic ingredients and finished private-label products. We give brands, manufacturers, and distributors one accountable partner for sourcing, production, certification, and freight — instead of a chain of producers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to coordinate themselves.
We ship raw ingredients in bulk, produce finished products under our clients’ brands at our ISO 22716 facility, and run a fixed-price research service for first-time buyers. One engagement, one invoice, one delivery, one team to chase.
We do not name the brands we serve or the producers we buy from. Discretion is part of what we sell.
Why Casablanca
On the ground, full-time
Casablanca is Morocco’s commercial and logistics hub: its largest port, the export infrastructure to move goods worldwide, and the talent to run an internationally-fluent operation.
Being based here full-time — rather than coordinating Morocco from a distance — is what lets us visit producers in person, verify certifications on the ground, and hold a specification across repeat orders. Our operations team is permanent and on the ground, not a network of intermediaries passing messages between time zones.
Team
The founding team
Redstone is led by two founders — one focused on international commercial strategy, the other on Morocco operations and quality.
B. Zaza
Founder
B. Zaza leads Redstone’s commercial side — client engagements, sourcing standards, and the international running of the business. The background is in business strategy, operations, ecommerce, wholesale trade, and international business management, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA in Strategic Management, plus professional training in Change Management (APMG International) and Project Management (London Business School).
Earlier roles include Business Analyst and then Business Architect at Accenture UK, alongside running ecommerce businesses, managing Amazon FBA in the UK, and working with wholesale cosmetics — hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier coordination, product presentation, logistics, and customer expectations. Fluent in English and Arabic, with a focus on reliability, clear communication, quality control, and long-term trust with international clients.
N. Zaza
Co-Founder & Managing Director
N. Zaza runs operations on the ground in Morocco, with more than 15 years of hands-on experience across manufacturing, factory operations, sourcing, imports, quality control, and supplier coordination. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and has designed, laid out, and fully operated factories in Morocco.
That gives him a practical understanding of production processes, operational efficiency, quality standards, and local supplier networks. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, he oversees local operations, coordinates with manufacturers and suppliers, and makes sure products meet the quality and reliability expectations of international clients.
