Shipping & Incoterms

We ship from Casablanca worldwide, by sea, air, or express, under whichever Incoterm fits your shipping experience and destination. The table below summarises the terms we operate; if you are unsure which to choose, we suggest one on the discovery call.

Incoterm What it covers Who arranges freight Risk transfers at
FCA Goods handed to your nominated carrier at our Casablanca warehouse, cleared for export Buyer Named place of delivery (origin)
FOB Goods loaded onto your nominated vessel at Casablanca port Buyer On board the vessel
CIF / CIP Carriage and insurance paid to your destination port (CIF) or address (CIP) Redstone On board / handed to the first carrier
DAP / DDP Delivered to your premises; DDP also includes destination import duties Redstone At your named destination

Most first-time buyers start with CIF for sea freight or DAP for express. Under FCA and FOB you arrange freight from Casablanca; under CIF/CIP we carry it to your destination; under DAP/DDP we deliver to your door, with DDP also covering destination import duties.

Lead times

After production and QC, sea freight typically runs 7–14 days to UK and EU ports, 18–28 days to the Gulf, and 25–35 days to North America; air freight is 3–5 days globally. Bulk production and QC add roughly 2–4 weeks ahead of dispatch; private-label builds run 10–20 weeks end to end.

Documentation

Every shipment travels with the documentation a serious buyer expects: a Certificate of Analysis per batch signed by our QC officer, an MSDS, a EUR1 certificate of preferential origin for EU destinations or a standard certificate of origin elsewhere, a commercial invoice and packing list, the Moroccan customs declaration, certification copies where applicable, the bill of lading or airway bill, and a lot traceability record.

Customs at destination

We handle Moroccan export and customs documentation. Unless you have engaged us on DDP terms, you (or your nominated import agent) act as importer of record and handle destination clearance, duties, and VAT.
