Certifications

Produced under ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP

Our facility operates under ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP. Selected ranges hold ECOCERT, USDA Organic, Natrue, and Halal certifications, with EU CPNP registration available on the relevant ranges.

Documentation supports cosmetic notification in the EU, UK, GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), and most major markets. The specific certification and regulatory scope is confirmed during the brief.

How it works

The six-phase build

  1. 1

    Phase 1 · 1–2 weeks

    Brief & scoping

Discovery call, formulation brief, retail positioning, certification requirements, packaging direction, and target landed cost. We translate your brand into a production-ready specification.

  2. 2

    Phase 2 · 2–3 weeks

    Formula selection & sampling

We confirm the formulation from our catalogue or scope custom development. Samples are produced and shipped for evaluation, with up to two rounds of refinement at no additional charge.

  3. 3

    Phase 3 · 2–4 weeks

    Packaging & label design

Choose from our stock packaging library or commission custom. We coordinate artwork, dielines, regulatory copy review, and labelling translations for your target markets.

  4. 4

    Phase 4 · concurrent

    Regulatory documentation

Certificate of Analysis per batch and an INCI ingredient list prepared for cosmetic notification (EU CPNP, UK SCPN, GCC, US FDA). Where you have no Responsible Person or safety assessment, we introduce vetted regulatory partners.

  5. 5

    Phase 5 · 4–8 weeks

    Production

Manufacturing begins at our Morocco facility. We monitor milestones, run in-line QC, confirm packaging on the line, and send weekly status updates.

  6. 6

    Phase 6 · 1–4 weeks

    Freight & delivery

Customs paperwork, freight-forwarder coordination, and delivery to your warehouse by sea, air, or express depending on timeline, volume, and destination.

The deliverable

What you receive

By the time your shipment arrives you have a launch-ready package — finished, labelled product to your specification from 500 units per SKU upward, with multiple SKUs combined into one production cycle where compatible, plus the documentation your operations team needs to take over without friction:

  • Certificate of Analysis per batch, signed by our QC officer, and an MSDS for each formulation.
  • An INCI ingredient list ready for cosmetic notification in your target markets.
  • Organic, fair-trade, and GMP certification copies where applicable.
  • EUR1 or certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and customs declaration.
  • A lot traceability record: ingredient source → production date → batch number → shipping container.
  • High-resolution product photography you can use for your website and marketing, and an origin factsheet for retail buyers.
  • A reorder programme: subsequent batches in 6–10 weeks, against 10–20 for the initial engagement.

Pricing

One fixed price, delivered

Every engagement is quoted individually — formulation complexity, certification, packaging, volume, destination, and timeline all affect production cost, so a published rate card would mislead more than help. You see your unit cost and project total in writing before any commitment.

Typical first engagements run between €9,000 and €30,000 for single-SKU and small multi-SKU launches, all-inclusive of production, packaging, certification, documentation, and freight. Larger launches scale efficiently per unit.

Invoicing is in EUR, USD, or GBP. Payment is 50% deposit on signature and 50% before freight departure; credit terms are available for repeat customers from the third engagement onward. Quotations are valid for 14 days.

What’s in scope

  • Finished, labelled, packaged product to your specification, delivered to your warehouse.
  • Formulation refinement, sampling, packaging coordination, production, and QC.
  • Certification documentation, Moroccan customs paperwork, and freight booking.

Outside our scope

  • Responsible Person services — required under EU 1223/2009, the UK Cosmetics Regulation, and equivalent regimes. If you have no RP in your market, we introduce vetted regulatory consultancies; they bill you directly.
  • The Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) or equivalent — prepared by a qualified safety assessor in your market. We supply all the technical data they need.
  • Importer of record at destination — you (or your agent) act as importer and handle clearance, duties, and VAT.
  • Brand strategy, marketing, and retail buying — we share what we have seen work during the brief, but we are not a brand agency or sales channel.

Why we tell you this

The awkward conversation, early

Some Moroccan suppliers tell a first-time buyer they handle “everything” and only mention the regulatory gaps after production begins. We have seen the consequences — launches stalled at destination customs, products held off-shelf because the Responsible Person file is not in order, founders scrambling for a safety assessment three weeks before launch.

We would rather have the awkward conversation in the brief than the painful one in the launch month. Your formulation, packaging, and customer list stay yours; we do not co-brand, require a footer credit, or promote our involvement in your products.

Frequently asked

Common questions

What does a first private-label engagement cost?

Typical first engagements run between €9,000 and €30,000 for single-SKU and small multi-SKU launches, all-inclusive of production, packaging, certification, documentation, and freight. You see your unit cost and project total in writing before committing.

What product categories can you produce?

Face care, body care, hair care, and botanical waters and clays — from face oils, serums, and creams to body butters, scrubs, Beldi soap, hair oils, rose water, and ghassoul. Most engagements use our validated formulations; custom development is available for larger projects.

Are you my Responsible Person for the EU or UK?

No. We are the manufacturer. A Responsible Person is required under EU 1223/2009 and the UK Cosmetics Regulation; if you do not have one, we introduce vetted regulatory consultancies who engage with you directly. We supply all the technical data they need.

What regulatory documentation do you provide?

A signed Certificate of Analysis per batch, MSDS per formulation, and an INCI ingredient list prepared for notification in your target markets (EU CPNP, UK SCPN, GCC, US FDA). Where your range is already registered, we can match the framework.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard volume tiers start at 500 units per SKU. The exact MOQ depends on the formulation and packaging and is confirmed during the brief; multiple SKUs can be combined into one production cycle where compatible.

How long does a first engagement take?

Single-SKU projects typically complete in 10–12 weeks; multi-SKU launches or custom formulations run 14–20 weeks. Reorders run 6–10 weeks.

Can you match an existing formulation?

Yes. We work from your formula or refine one from our catalogue. Up to two rounds of sample refinement are included at no additional charge.

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit on engagement signature and 50% before freight departure; goods ship once the balance clears. Invoicing is in EUR, USD, or GBP, with credit terms for repeat customers from the third engagement onward.
