Legal
Privacy policy
This policy explains how Redstone Export handles personal data. We aim to collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and run an engagement, and to keep it no longer than necessary. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you contact us or request samples, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company, email, country, phone number, and the description of your project. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not enter or store payment-card details on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, run engagements, and send operational correspondence. Where you opt in, we send an occasional ingredient briefing. The lawful basis is your consent for marketing and our legitimate interest or the performance of a contract for business correspondence.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the processors needed to operate — for example our email and form providers and, where an engagement requires it, freight and regulatory partners. We do not sell personal data, and we do not list or introduce our customers to one another.
Retention
We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed for the relationship and applicable legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@redstoneexport.com.
Contact us at info@redstoneexport.com with any question about how we handle your data.
